BDaMan (born Bryce Foster) is an up and coming Hip-Hop Artist from Minneapolis, MN.
BDaMan (born Bryce Foster), is a young, up and coming hip-hop artist from Minneapolis, Minnesota who commonly raps with his older stepbrother, B.Allen as S.O.S. (Speed of Sound). To stand out from other up and coming rappers, he blends & bends all genres of music to mesh with his lyrical and conscious style of lyrics. BDaMan started rapping in 2004 when he heard his other friends rapping. He decided he wanted to try it as well, so he started freestyling in middle school and making CDs. When he got to high school, he got lots of criticism about his rapping, but he managed to use it to get better, which made his peers at school respect him more. BDaMan always looks for ways to transcend into new types of music and new ways to present himself to people. With high hopes, big creativity and a new strive for lyrical charisma; the future looks bright for BDaMan.

Lyrics
[Verse 1:] Have you ever had a battle with yourself? Had a battle with your wealth? Had a battle with your mental health? With the mental, it’s never so simple, to pick up the pieces, while you walkin’ on the beaches. Sand in the feet don’t make the cycle complete, and, uh – you ain’t serene with low self-esteem. I just wanna dream about my goals and aspirations, damn a 9 to 5, I ain’t got no more patience! Calm before the storm, not warm in my house, just wanna break free and forget my whereabouts. Searchin’ like Roy Ayers, trying to say my prayers, talkin’ to the lord, so I don’t check in the ward! I ain’t crazy for the babies yet, cause the ladies ain’t flock my way - man, I don’t fret! I don’t sweat techniques of critiques, but I aim to sweep these heaps of the leaps. Scratching and-a clawing, for the mornings I can function, trying not to break down, something like destruction. I’m disgusted at what I’ve become, priorities I run from, no longer the Prodigal Son. [Hook:] [KJ:] You give me purpose, give me meaning, kindle for fire. [BDaMan:] I love the bits of the hustle. Why? There’s beauty in the struggle! [KJ:] You give me purpose, give me meaning, kindle for fire. [BDaMan:] I love the bits of the hustle. Why? There’s beauty in the struggle! [Verse 2:] Beauty runs in everything, the air to the ground, the lights to the sound and the suburb to the town. I just wanna be where I get my peace, silencio, silence – whipping with the license! So-and-so is talking to me, I be like (Hey!) I do not relate to your speech and what you say! I don’t care at all, I can’t fake it today – your attitude and views with me – do not resonate! Keeping up with appearances – like all the Kardashians and Jenners, I thought I was a winner. Something like Beck, the loser, thought I could fool ya, searchin’ for my tribe like Boo-Yaa! Searching for peace like the 70s, all the medallions, you talkin’ to the low key rapscallion. Got a plan like parenthood, so what’s not spoken on doesn’t really need to be understood! [Bridge:] [KJ:] You give me...you give me...you give me...kindle for fire. [BDaMan:] Woop, Woop! Bits of the hustle! Woop, woop! Beauty in the struggle! [KJ:] You give me...you give me...you give me...kindle for fire. [BDaMan:] Woop, Woop! Bits of the hustle! Woop, woop! Beauty in the struggle - c'mon!
