I wrote this for the winter themed song competition over at ReasonTalk. No guitars used. The instruments that sounds kind of guitarish are synths played through an amp plugin. Let's call it electronic music with a metal attitude.

Story behind the song
Instead of going for the obvious christmas route when writing for the winter themed competition, I decided to go for a winter/war theme instead. I've never been a lyricist and never will be. The few times I write lyrics are when a song absolutely needs vocals in order to work. To me the sound itself is always more important than the lyrics. Since that's the case I try not to be too hard on myself about it. As long as the lyrics gets the job done it's ok.
