Story behind the song
This new song took me about 4 hours to make this evening and I love it. It is quite morbid and is about my past and the times I was mentally unwell, when I used to run onto the road and get hit by cars. So the song is titled 'Road Kill' I obviously didn't die but I got some broken bones as a result. One occasion I broke my fretting wrist and thought I'd never play the guitar again. Couldn't play for 4 months after it happened and I needed surgery to get pins and plates put in my wrist to put the bones together which are still in my wrist and will be for the rest of my life.
