Story behind the song

Walking it off is helpful when your feeling trapped, frustrated, angry, or confused. Sometime emotions are difficult to handle and we need to get away. Some people just need time to think things through or re-think a situation. Being in a crowd of strangers can help distract the mind. It's not always the answer, but a little personal time never hurts. Taking a walk to blow off steam and get away from the tension can disarm a volital situation or even give the other person a chance to get the situation in perspective. Sometimes emotions can work like microscopes and make things bigger than life and seem impossible. Change of atmosphere, change of enviroment, a walk in the woods, a walk on the street. Just take a breathe and let go.
