Story behind the song

Imagine if your consciousness was an electron flying through the wires and circuits of your computer. What would it be like to go through diodes, capacitors, resistors, and microchips. Being changed from AC to DC and changing form. Lingering as heat or radiating as light. Racing at the speed of light whipping through circuits and wires. Being divided in a rectifier, stalled in a capacitor, and then squeezed through a resistor. Bouncing around the inside of a microchip like an excited child in a toy store.
