There was a tear that escaped from me
it fell into a lavendar sea
I had turned my back on reality
to walk on the dark shores of a dream
I was hypnotized by the spark
that you created in my heart
but the fantasy cracked and fell apart
we are left in a land, broken and scarred

deeper into what seems
to be the nightmare of our dreams
The dagger was never meant for you
a small thorn pricked us both and grew

I tried to get warm staring into the sun

I was floating into night as I came undone
