Story behind the song
Let me tell you a bit about myself. I’m a singer/songwriter of Latina descent, born and raised in Manhattan (Washington Heights). Presently, I am the vocalist for the Dixieland Jazz Band, and we play throughout Westchester, NY.  Primarily, we perform in Assisted Living facilities and nursing homes. It is so rewarding to bring the music of the 20’s and 30’s to these residents. Some have Alzheimer’s, but despite this many respond to the songs of their pasts. We also perform at community libraries, and outdoor festivals. My greatest passion is singing, performing and songwriting. Therefore, it is with great pleasure that I submit my Christmas song to you
