Story behind the song
Gary Shukoski's had an instrumental with a request for vocals. I had just started some lyric intended for a blues song so we combined the two. Gary's instrumental was titled Blues Song. So I thought my lyric titled All Wrapped Up in Blue would be a good fit, especially since I hadn't put it to any music yet. It was fun working with Gary's music, especially since he had it already structured for verses, choruses, and a bridge. I had a blast blending my Country Rock melody with Gary's Rock style.

I like the guitar chord riff at the beginning, the lyrics are great, I can relate to them, the vocals are really good including the harmony, and especially the falsetto before the really fine guitar solo, nice touch.
