Story behind the song
In my town there is a venue called the Citadel (Art Centre) and it runs a monthly night for local bands. This night has just been made over 18s. This means that 2/3 of the kids who used to attend and have a good time can't and now the only people who go stand perfectly still and about 10 feet from the stage. Not a nice atmosphere to play in.
