Story behind the song
I hit upon this idea and inspiration after visiting friends' remote cottage, accessible only by boat. I used software to clean up the wolf howls and pitch shift them into tune. I suppose the song can also be viewed as a voice crying out in the modern wilderness of over-commercialization and apocalyptic technological threats.
