dark is the absence of light silence is the same as night! the night is what the silence looks like! the dusky grays the murky light you never see what their faces look like! who are they? why are they here? walking the street in the murky light. staring out from the dark stair wells leaning against the misty light poles. and nothing is quite clear! the corvettes are burning rubber somewhere in the night! and there's a woman screaming!. way off in the distance sirens are screaming! the sounds dissolve into white noise. indistinctively mixing into the undecipherable din of the night!.
