Lyrics
The show opens tonight at the club At 9PM as it usually does. The crowd will be picky, They don't give any breaks to the witty. Got to be on your toes, Or expect them to be your foes. You make me want to laugh out loud, Because you stand apart from the crowd. You're so funny and you don't even see it, Bringing the house down doing your skit. When you take your bow And the curtain has fallen, I hope your humor lives on, Long after the show has ended. You're on in five minutes, Don't delay the impatient people. Ooh – you made them laugh out loud. Copyright © 2016; Bob Forbes

Good theme! Tuff job being a stand up comedian. Loved the lead and the nice come down afterwards. The ending was a cool touch as well. Nice proggy tune Bob.
Cool twist on the theme and smart observations. An adventurous prog tune, it really takes chances and delivers. This one is going to take a few listens to fully absorb. :)

Great creative writing, performance and final mixing. I like the tones of the guitar and the drums are not overdone. The crowds are always picky but will enjoy this one as I have. Nice!

Well... same with some so called comedians here in Germany :-) Awesome synth colours (I recognized one Roland patch that I used 16 years ago for "Hyperion" :-) and most cool progression. Big Alan Parsons touch (your smooth vocal aswell!) and a fantastic mix!

Great observation on the subject of comedians. I've often thought how tough it is to stand in front of a bunch of strangers and have the job of making them all laugh. I could never do it. Excellent performance as always Bob.
