The sound of your Merlin takes me back! Really nice clear tone. Sounds like the Merlin has a good strong output and good resonation. It comes across very good in the recordings. Another fine acoustical piece you have, your melodies and playing on this instrument have such a nice flow to them. Very impressive!

Merlin has the magic of the muse, apparently. Sounds much like some of the things I have done with the mandolin. This is definitely a joyous sound. Eager to see what is next.

I really enjoying listening to your Merlin Mountain Dulcimer. It certainly has a unique Americana tonality that is crisp and authentic. Your playing talent makes it sound like a 6 string instrument. Well done. I was tapping my foot the whole time. Totally enjoyable Charlie.

a beautiful sounding instrument, and well played. your approach to its use seems to hit the nail on the head. you can imagine folks sounding just like this a couple of hundred years ago, relaxing after a hard days work on the farm. lets hope some traditions never die.
