I started singing as a young boy. My mom tells a story that the first time I sang was in church. I walked up on the middle of the adult praise and worship team and started belting it out. My family and I are very close and our lives were always filled with music. I had my first solo singing Silent Night when I was 10 years old.

Some are in love with their abuser or terrified of what will happen to them or people they love and it can be difficult for some people to understand. This is a song about breaking free from that abuse.
