a one man show
Hi. My name is Douglas Murphy and I hale from Montreal Quebec Canada.
I have been playing around this 'craft' for a while now and have always enjoyed getting my 'stuff' out there.
Lately I have been playing around with AI generated vocals and melodies. I hope you enjoy what I have to offer.
Story behind the song
This actually came about the one year it started snowing by November and did not stop before the end of March.
Lyrics
Pluckin' Snow!
Oh, the weather outside is frightful,
forget the fire, go get my rifle.
'Cause there's no place left to throw.
Pluckin' snow! Pluckin' Snow! Pluckin' Snow!
Oh, it doesn't show signs of stoppin',
all my joints are froze and poppin'.
Can't feel my fingers, feet, or toes.
Pluckin' snow! Pluckin' Snow! Pluckin' Snow!
When we finally kiss goodnight,
I look out and see another swarm!
Baby really hold me tight,
'Cause I can't take another storm!
My winter's spirit's slowly dyin',
And my dear I can't stop cryin'.
'Cause there's no place left to throw.
Pluckin' snow! Pluckin' Snow! Pluckin' Snow!
When we're about to say goodnight,
I look out to see another storm!
And I cry out in fright,
'Cause I just started feelin' warm!
Oh, it doesn't show signs of stoppin',
And look! There's ice for choppin',
Winter's hit another low,
Pluckin' snow! Pluckin' Snow! Pluckin' Snow!
Oh, the weather outside is frightful,
and a fire would be delightful.
But I got to free the old backhoe.
Pluckin' snow! Pluckin' Snow! Pluckin' Snow!
