I had to laugh when I read "K9 keyboards, growling guitar, barking horn arrangement" then I realized it was for the CC animal theme. What a moving groove going on! And the instrumentation is flawless as always! Such a great track!

Classic Massey irresistible funk driven groove with every melodic element so perfectly blended, the whole piece moves so well, stays exciting from the first note to the last. The guitar is particularly delicious. Wonderful.

Very cool intro and keychange to the main theme. Love the way you change instruments synonumos with change of keys here.
The brasswork is impressiv and so is the synthwork too.
Top notch mix and production.

Extravagant & Elegant intro.... a special quality imho, I wished it were builded a bit longer!!
Starting at about 0:37 the distinctive "Al Massey" signature, vivid sparkling texture with so much sound spots and instrumentation. Excellent guitar riffs and keys, but once again it was the Brass-Ensemble that really impressed me the most!!! I love the sound and hot dynamic of this set Al!!! Hey the bariton sax is still an ear candy for me and bring a fine smile on my face. ;)
I agree with all the listeners here, everything is so clear and perfect, another pristine tune in your ( well builded ) music collection AL, my compliment to you! :) :)

Super track, Al. Like always from you, I should say. Super production, great ideas and the barking themes bring a smile to your face. Bow-wow can be heard all over the place. Absolutely brilliant stuff. Music that makes you as happy as a puppy :)

iDog made me think that this could be an iPad created track. At any rate this is a wonderful listen. It grabs your attention from the get-go and takes the listener on a wonderful journey. Very cool.

I like the mysteries around the start here. At 0:36 I think, "yeah, this is Al". That so very positive and energetic groove coming in. The keyboard is magic here too and I like that funky touch.
Listening further it feels like something gets builded up, but I think the only thing you do is changing instruments and changing the keys, while the groove stays the same, or, better said, moving with the key changes of course.
The use of the brass instruments here is your signature as well. Wow!
And that change at 3:16 is magic too. It's getting more quiet (for a moment), but at 3:51 the brass is back and we are going towards the end.
Really your style again for me, catchy and energetic. Except the intro, what must have been a very special inspired moment.
Nice one again on your long long list. I don't recognize a dog in it immediately, but maybe the energetic dog has got this mood in it's brains, these vibes, or no, it's an idog without brains.

I also loved the references to "K9 keyboards, growling guitar, barking horn arrangement". Cool, spacey intro followed by the unmistakable Ascenzion complex rhythmic mastery. Great keys, horn arrangement and some really cool guitar work Al. When I tried on your "Fried Fatback" by adding some guitar the first thing that struck me was the awesome rhythmic mastery of the music. You can't fully appreciate it until you try to play along with it. You are a musical master Mr. Massey and that's why I call you the Professor!

The idea of "K9 keyboards, growling guitar, barking horn arrangement" really made me smile! :) Having often owned a dog I can hear that "dog" attitude; plenty to say, excited, loving life, running around and having fun - all conveyed within the music. Superb track, expertly composed and produced.
Nicely done, love the intro here a great beat that creeps up all the elements coming in and going great brass and wah guitar, your music always blows me away, always so interesting and busy without being crowded.
