Story behind the song
Growing up in Kansas I learned the hard way about the eye of the storm. Sometimes the eye can be large enough and calm enough to make you think the storm is over...only to turn right around and put you through the other half. Tornados and Hurricanes are notorious for having eyes and sometimes they are calm and others can be quite violent.
