Story behind the song
Mmm... this started of with a nice fingerpicked pattern but then it got all moody with repetitive cellos and rolling timps.... The flute makes it slightly more ethereal, with the depressive lyrics tucked away beneath it all in the mix. I've no idea where they came from! (It certainly did not match my mood.)

Straining for some last attention Hoping for a late ascension Handed down a bitter pension Little chance of late redemption Railing at the fate of nations Sinking down through love’s cessation Will you dare
