I have been writing for a while, though never had the courage to publish these songs. A recent death of my dear friend reminded me that life is too
we tread in our boots
we wandered 'cross the fields
we watched the night turn blue
we slept away the days
we laced our fingers through
we made the stars align
we thought it could be true
the whispers in the wind
were telling you not to
put your heart out on the line
is something you won't do
the rainclouds finally came
to shatter me and you
all good things come to end
all good things come to pass
fast forward from the start
move forward from now on
we treaded in our boots
we wandered 'cross the fields.
