Story behind the song
The polar melting is destabilizing our planetary engine of life. It is happening way faster than we expected and is impacting our climate in huge ways...After listening to Paul Beckwith on Radio Ecoshock I wrote this song.

You just go about your day, in a sea of denial.... when there's so little time... to save ourselves “Extreme weather conditions continue to afflict wide swaths of the planet...storms are stalling over large parts of the country, dumping huge amounts of floods... and our main stream media continues to go, “blah blah blah blah blah....” It's an Arctic Emergency, comin' down the Jet Stream's stalling change all around the weather's turned crazy as the ice disappears destablizing forces beyond our worst fears It's an Arctic Emergency Oh, I'm sayin' it now! We've got an Arctic Emergency gotta Stop it, somehow... we got methane bubbling up from the ocean's arctic floor the tundra's thawing, releasing a whole lot more... And this weather you think is bad is gonna get worse...
