I am a musical journeyman, and have been recording (on and off) in a home studio, since about 1988. I experiment with different forms, methods, and styles,
I began to recording on a cassette 4-track (Tascam Porta-One) in 1988, and enjoying the whole process of recording sounds, I then purchased an Atari ST, running Cubase Vs1. I moved on to a digital 8-track in about 1998 (Roland VS-880) and then to a more modern mac setup, which I'm using now. I am a visual artist, as well as a musical experimenter, an dI believe this does inform the way I work.

Insectoids When twin suns rise, a dawn of sorts, a reddish tinge begins to spread, the spires flare up, as they touch the light,and the insects raise up their many heads, With clicking tones, which fill the air, a kind of worshipping begins and soon, the mandibles of the great one quiver, For she has a message to impart, all the workers stop, food parcels neatly by their side, The time has finally come, with no more food, it's time to run, another world is out there, the third one from their Sun! With the Tachyon Drives in place, the jump begins, disorienting lesser minds, she shields them with her wings, Insectoids are coming, Insectoids are coming, The dusk of the mammalian dream is approaching!
