Story behind the song
From what I remember, I had just started recording my Phashionably Late album in summer 2011, me and my artist were in the studio, both were diggin this beat, and Turn This Up would not stop repeating in my head. Laid the track in 20 mins.
Anyway, on our way to the video shoot, asked my artist if he had ever heard the remix. Played it, instant hit, and shot the video above the interstate with passing cars beeping, which has a comfortable 40k views on YouTube.
