Finger style and Acoustic Progressive guitar, flute, synth and Mellotron.
Welcome to the music of Carlo D'Anna's Ridiculous Dream music. Also known as "Dream Warrior" in some circles. Influences and music styles ranging from basic to progressive rock, with definite Retro seventies sound. If you enjoy the sound of Moody Blues, George Harrison, Genesis, Dead Can Dance, and others of the same style, more or less, you will probably like this music. I use quite a bit of Mellotron and acoustic fingerstyle guitar as well.

Lyrics
See the Sun, the land it spins Warm the bones Chrysalis within follow lies, don't follow lies, that promise worlds beyond the rise, you can have it all you can. Don't crucify the truth or the man. When your soul, perchance was born, you became the only one, Lost in a world you battle on, fighting for your day in the sun. Saviors are born each day Change our lives, ideas they sway Walk away, don't walk away There's just so much time to use each day. Every moment spent on waste, Embrace the moments life to taste. I can see a world where we walking free no fence to see.

Mysterious like ever. And so completely filled with sounds everywhere. I never know what direction you are going when I'm listening to something new, but after a while I am aware of the consequent but complicated chord structure. That organ is just fantastic and for the rest I just have to listen again. Great one, Carlo!
Great tune cuz !

Yet another amazing piece of progrock from you, Carlo. Your signature sound is so beautiful, with the organ and guitars standing out. I especially like the Moody Blues-like vocals and harmony vocals on this one. Wonderful! The lyrics are poetic and make you think about all the preachers, that tell you to first go left, then to go right! And you just wish that you could go where ever you want, without any borders....

Really cookin good here, maybe inspired by the recent Z&A hosting? don't know..but Carlos's guitar is N overdrive & again the 70's classic Mellotron & melodious big wide distant vocal harmonies style, The true Golden age of prog. rite here! Keepin the Fire Alive.. A

Can't help being drawn into your songs - I think it's that mystical, psychedelic and hypnotic vibe you manage to capture with your writing and production. Kind of takes me back to the days when things seemed more magical and we all had a more innocent curiosity about everything. Excellent song.

Wonderful lyric with something important to say Carlo, this has a bit of the mid-psychedelic era progressive feel to it, a bit reminiscent of Kantner & Slick's 'Starship' albums. Very cool track amico!
That main chord progression must be such a fun one to play around with! And the chorus is certainly one that sticks with you. That organ sound is superb; this whole song really takes me back.
