What an excellent tune Jamey. Loved the guitar arrangement..and the subtle piano dancing with it is just sweetness. The lyrics really grabbed me. I'm gettin' to be that ol' tattered butterfly. The whole tune is so heartfelt, sensitive, and sincere. I think that's called The Real Deal.
Adding this one to my Treasure Chest station becuase it truly is a little gem. Bravo!!

Howdy Jamey,
Whoa, ya grabbed my heart in the first few words on this one....great reminder how some already have a picture of a different life than others....in what's ahead, some may realize it's going to be shorter & make the best of it. Others pass day to day, not realizing that it can be over before we know it........basically that none of us know how long we have and to make the best of it, appreciate every moment and care about those around us. It's also an important message in the fact that we don't know how long someone else will remain in our lives. Heavy thoughts, lightened with a sweet melody and a tug at the heart........this is a beaut of a song!!!!! Thanks my friend......great reminder of what can be all too real, before we know it!
Respectfully,
Wade
