I got a wolfpack behind me, but who can I trust with these dark thoughts
Like I've been thinking this next chapter of mine will flop
I've been losing sleep contemplating this life as grinding my teeth
I'm chasing this girl of my dream, hoping shes not out of my reach
I've been here, one too many times and they say one day
That it will all make sense when I'm just trying to make a dollar to play
I'm stuck in this hollow house of mine, me, myself and my mind
Missing my grandfather as I travel back to that time
That time, my mother came crying to my room as she said to me
"Your grandfather passed away in his sleep." my heart broke instantly
I wish that I could take every second I missed back to be with you
So for all that you do, I honor with each breath I take is for you

Man, this shit is a challenge, life will throw you curveballs on your swing
And everyday you wake up, hit pause cause your just trying to find a win
Try to reach deep down, find the strength and let the day keep going
Knowing there is no progress without the trials and tribulations
We're facing, three sixty five, thirty years here hoping for thirty more
As we explore our very core, move these pieces on this chess board
That we call this life, we make these sacrifices that the devil entices
The liquor, the weed and these cigarettes we turn in these times of crisis
Never let your downfall define your very being, only you define the meaning
Whether its your family or loved ones is the reason for your breathing
Just think, in your darkest hour thats when stars shine the brightest
In time you'll find your finest hour make your mark and live timeless
In this life of uncertainty, we fall seven only to stand up eight
The cycle is infinitely, make this destiny your fate
Be great and remember to hold on to every worthwhile bond
