Story behind the song
When I reflect on where I've been and where I am now, it's not hard to see divine guidance. No matter how far off the path I've strayed or how dark the woods that I've wandered into, the Lord always calls out to me "Child Come Home". Despite me being me, he's always waiting to accept me back with arms wide open. ROM 8:37-39 Yet in all these things we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us. For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, nor angels nor principalities nor powers, nor things present nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.
