Lyrics
you can follow me or I can follow you the blind leading the blind, its the best that we can do take the fork to the left, or the right, I don't mind don't matter anyway, here at the end of the line the sun is shining bright not a cloud in the sky never wanted to trade my days for a bigger piece of the pie i'll rest here in the shade any peace I can find don't matter anyway, here at the end of the line I can feel the wind its been a wild ride everybody walks alone but you're welcome by my side you can follow me or I can follow you we're just passin' through but its the best that we can do I'm a prisoner of time on an afternoon so fine don't matter anyway. here at the end of the line

This just proves that you don't need a big production job to say what you wanna say, pure, sweet and evoking a feeling,in a way only you can do.I've thought of doing a stripped down thing like this, but I can't.The finger picking is beautiful, the voice perfect the imagery is somehow sad and hopeful, you've either got it or you ain't and you've got it.

Don't know how I missed this one. I love all of your stuff and have been doing a lot acoustic gigs lately So I can really appreciate the simplicity of this man and his Guitar Well Done Gabe Tim

Very very nice. This reminds me of days in rainy Northern California when we would huddle in geodesic domes and play acoustic guitars and sing our favorite folk tunes.

A sure sign of true artistry if one can carry the listener to the top with only guitar and vocal marrying each other. Nice!

Hi Gabe, Sounds like you just sat in front of that BOSS and hit record and did a one take live coffee house tune. Excellent. I actually was thinking of trying that with my BOSE PA and taking line out just so I could hear what those poor slobs in the bar were hearing when I played. LOL!

Hey - that's a great idea Gabe! Building a complete new song from a line of another - excellent! Acoustic guitar fingering is spot on, and of course - your vocals are as outstanding as ever. Bravo!

What a great feeling from this tune Gabe, carefree and uncluttered. Jumping freight trains and drifting with the wind, at peace with the world :)

Great acoustic guitar work Gabe. The vocals and lyrics are first rate and touching. The production on the BR1600 sounds great. I use a BR800. Very nice track!

One of your best songs ever. I just really dig this...it's got it all...great guitar tone and fine fingerpickin'...pro vocals, and, best of all, lyrics that are top shelf. Maybe i'm just a sucker for existential stuff...but they really speak to me. No window dressing here, bells or whistles...just a clean, well written, well recorded, and well performed song. A coffeehouse gem. Bravo!!
