story behind the song: went out for a saturday night walk, in an area i hadn't been in a while, checking out various local stores and establishments. stopped in to check out the blues scene for a bit. always enjoy the range of emotions evoked by such bands and the way they are displayed by people in various states of relationships. left relatively early to catch the bus, it apparently broke down somewhere south, so as i walked and waited i wrote this.
