Story behind the song
Awhile back we lost electricity for a couple of hours during a storm. What to do? Write and record a song on the Ipad. No Electricity required, the IPad was fully charged. Apps used: Garage Band, FunkBox (For the Organ Bossa Nova Swing Drums, using the Roland Cr78 Drum machine sample set) And Caustic for the Vocoder vocals. Bass, Electric Piano, and acoustic drums played on the Ipad Screen, My Stratocaster ran straight to the Ipads, Fender Tweed Amp model, with the compressor, overdrive and two delays for effects. For the lead guitar, and for the rhythm guitar Stratocaster into the Fender Blackface clean Model, with chorus and three Delays for effects!
