4.psalm 23:4 revisited wip
exploring the multiverses sound by sound and word by word
Story behind the song
story behind the song: was gonna call it "photograph" but as there are a couple different songs of that name that i sing i along too, i didn't want to get confused. a photo was pointed out to me and this was the result. though i didn't translate the psalm passage myself, it appears that their are many versions already out there, i paraphrased this one for any goddesses (or gods i suppose) you might want to know.
Lyrics
"Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I will fear no evil: for thou art with me" [Psalm 23:4]
caught by your eyes again, fell thru those windows to your soul
surrendering in these feelings i never thought i'd know
if i get through today, i'm gonna write to you
a letter of appreciation, for you just being you
"i will fear no evil, for thou art with me" [Psalm 23:4]
if i get through this week, i'm gonna try to find you
don't know why i need you so, i only know i do
"for thou art with me" [Psalm 23:4]
if i get through this month, i'm coming after you
poems, my heart and flowers, i only know old school
only meant to tell you, what i mean to say,
yours are the only eyes i could get lost in everyday
