Story behind the song
I was going through a lot of rough times in my life. My marriage was in trouble, my life seemed dark, I was not happy with my career, and more. I was withdrawn from my family. My father, a minister, told me that he didn't know what I was going through because I wouldn't talk to him. My father told me not to listen to people but to listen to God. He will guide me to where I should be in life. He will put my life back on track. When I begin to listen to God even through my pain, God opened my eyes to see where I needed to be and what I needed to be doing. Are you listening to God?
Lyrics
