This was originally supposed to be a german sounding techno song with the lyrics sprouted off like orders from a dictator. Written for the "I don't mind the sunshine." DEMO, it wasn't recorded in time to make the CD. Months later it got a makeover in a Flaming Lips tribute sort-of way.
