Story behind the song

This song is a tribute in memory of my brother-in-law Paul who was the best guitarist I ever played with.  The title comes from one of his CD jackets.  The name "Doctor Rock" obviously referred to his extreme skills in the rock genre but he was a great R&B and folk player and singer as well.
