Just another singer/songwriter. I play all my own instruments (except drums) and record on a Boss BR1200CD standalone multi-track recorder
Just an old Back To The Land hippie that stuck to his plan.

Very nice acoustic guitarplaying. The flute and vox melodies sounds really good but the guitar melodies is surely the highlights of the song ( well for me anyway). :) Really nice work.

Lovely Intro, easy listening with nice touches on the guitar and flute, politics then just the same as now, take from the poor and give to the rich ! Great tune Charlie.

Hello Charlie, I thoroughly enjoyed The Nottingham Wood,i am going to add it to my small but growing SC station, trying to choose only the best of the best, not that I am a critic, mind you. But I absolutely love Appalachian mountain music! I am new on Sc and just wanted to connect with you. Thanks so much for sharing. Rose :)
Such a beautiful song, Charlie, and most fitting for the FINAL CBC Song Challenge! As always, your guitar playing is second to none, and the flute touch was very apt for the Celtic feeling. You have once again demonstrated that there are no bounds to your music abilities. A MASTERFUL SONG! Thank you for the song's pleasure and for the dl to our JBBQ Best of Best Songs Music Player. I think that is a wood flute? That sounds so cool! VST's can come close, but a real flute sounds so much better! Beautiful music, but mostly you have inspired me to try a flute!

Yes very nice medieval tune - the sound of the Greenwood and Robin of Loxley for sure. Excellent guitar tones and cool flute. Good stuff Charlie!

The acoustic has very cool and nice woody, earthy tone and it's warm sounds combine with the flute for a perfect Celtic vibe. Great sounding song!

Sweetly melodic, pure bliss, your acoustic tone is so rich and calming, a Celtic treat to cherish year-round.
I like this semi-medieval take on the theme! Nothing overstated, but very elegantly done. Great sound too, really makes you feel 'there.'

Nice tune, that fits the theme very well. You can almost see Robin and his merry men in the forest, feasting on the king's deer and dancing to your tune. Great work!
