story behind the song: country, just cause it fits. listening to the aquafit conversations (predominantly female btw) and realizing angst is everywhere. mixed in a conversation from a recent fishing trip, and the fact that i made a conscious decision to lose some weight (which is working far better than i had hoped) so i am not making the usual stops on my walks. (and going gluten free cuts down drinking in these parts anyway, i like beer lol)
