MackDee brings a duality to Jazz and Hip-Hop that can be easily compared to a set of weighing scales. On the left side he brings the atmosphere. Satisfying your ears with downtempo beats and positives vibes, meanwhile, subtly echoing a gracious melancholy. This is modern jazz plain and simple. This does not mean MD isn't versatile, on the right of this duality is where the dark lives. Bringing doom and gloom on trip-hop hype, it contrasts with his other productions perfectly.
