Born and bred in Zimbabwe, I was drawn by the African rhythms that eminated from the townships of Bulawayo. I taught myself how to play bass guitar and percussion and spent my time jamming with the local musicians. In 1976 I left Zimbabwe for Cape Town, South Africa where I persued my musical ambitions. Fortunately I had the priviledge to work with some of the top South African musicians. After immigrating to Canada in 1989, I discovered the advantages of working in a MIDI environment and wrote numerous songs in this format. Thereafter I was fortunate enough to get the opportunity to collaborate my original compositions with various prominent musicians in the Toronto area. Co-produced two CDs. Songs on this website are of studio recordings from these CDs and others are recordings straight from my original MIDI tracks. Enjoy!
