It's about the songs. I'm not so much a singer-songwriter as a songwriter-singer. I do not fit into a genre. The genre fits the song. They range from rock to country ditties, from standard lounge ballads to power pop, from blue-eyed r&b to country rock. I sing almost all the vocals and play almost all the music (mostly on keyboard) but, as I said, it's about the songs.

Story behind the song
Recorded in 2012, the song is the result of an experiment in merging two disparate styles: alt country (lyrics, vocal melody) and electronic orchestral (music).
Lyrics
ALL ALONE Nobody wants to talk about it Nobody wants to hear about it But everybody's gonna think about it Because there ain't no doubt about it All alone, all alone When you go, you go alone All alone, when you go You go alone It don't care about who you been All your friends, all your kin Your wife, your husband Your folks or your children All alone, all alone When you go, you go alone All alone, when you go You go alone No, you can't take nothin with ya Can't take nobody with ya Only thing you can do, mister You can make somebody miss ya All alone, all alone When you go, you go alone All alone, when you go You go alone
