Welcome to the music of Carlo D'Anna's Ridiculous Dream music. Also known as "Dream Warrior" in some circles. Influences and music styles ranging from basic to progressive rock, with definite Retro seventies sound. If you enjoy the sound of Moody Blues, George Harrison, Genesis, Dead Can Dance, and others of the same style, more or less, you will probably like this music. I use quite a bit of Mellotron and acoustic fingerstyle guitar as well.

I'm very late in song comments due to major computer problems, Carlo. But please know that I think this song really captured the Daydreams Song Theme of the 7/6/13 CBC Song Challenge. Your guitar and other instrumentation are perfect for the intended daydream/mirage mood...

Carlo... absolutely love the way this moves from the major to minor feel, grabs my heart and pulls it in two directions, but so smoothely it doesn't hurt!

Well this is downright genius - wonderful dreamscape groove backing with that sumptuous acoustic, amazing soaring melodies, and man where do you get all those fantastic SOUNDS? Hi Carlo, like the way this floats especially like the guitar, very unusual choice of instruments but all fits well to make this an overall great listen.

I agree with Ralph about the West Coast psychedelia...elements of this and your own magic make for a truly captivating piece of music. Gentle, engaging, kind of mystical....with a sort of strangeness that stirs the curiosity in all of us. Excellent track.

Here I recognize your style, your specific sound, immediately. The dreamy component is always there in your music, very strong this time.

Drifting away with this one - very apt for challenge and sounding fine as wine in da summertime.
Beautifully arranged & played classic acoustic with a few v.nicely placed surprise retro style synth lines Just flows along like a river golden... Pure magic
