Production may be used for ONE profitable purpose (street album, mixtape, etc.) not to exceed 1,000 copies manufactured. Exclusive and non-exclusive rights will still be available for sale to other parties. Production credit must be given.

Production may be used for an unlimited amount of commercial and/or non-commercial releases. Exclusive rights will only be sold ONCE. Resell or transfer of the production by either party is prohibited. Production credit must be given.
