OMG This was the first song I recorded with a Philly group called Lo Fam when I was 16. It was aired on philly's 103.9fm summer of 2001.

Story behind the song
I was performing at a talent show and it was the worst day ever for me. When it was time to perform the microphone didn't want to work for me so I had to scream the song. Then the crowd started to boo me off and throwing stuff at me telling me to get off stage. I wanted to run off stage but I knew I had to finish. When I got off stage there was a short dude that came up to me and was like hold ur head up ma the crowd didn’t even give u a chance. So he was like well I’m going to give you a chance. So he asked me to sing and he liked my voice. We got each others numbers and about a week later he called me up and was like yea me and the group want you to sing the hook on are song. So he played the beat for me and he said I gotta write my part. I didn’t know how to write at the time and I didn’t want to tell him I couldn’t do it so I came up with something but I didn’t like it cause I wrote it. I sung my part to him and he liked it. I recorded the song with them and the next thing I know I was at the radio station premiering the song. It was the best feeling ever. People called in saying they liked my voice and if I come out with anything they would buy it. Some people thought I was that girl in the group City High.
