I am a compasiionate man who believes that music is my drug, it soothes me when I play it, and listen to it. I use music to express the words I want to say in a
I have been playong and writing for thirtyfive years. I do all of the arranging myself as well as, the bass, guitar, lead vocals, percussion, lead guitar, and backup vocals. All of my songs are about real life. I grew up in Aberdeen Washington, where there were a lot of good musicians. Kurt VanDerhoof, played a big part in my youth, as I used to hang out with that crowd, along with Craig Wells, both from METAL CHURCH. Also THE MELVINS, Dale Crover and I used to jam, but I usually played the drums and he played the guitar, which were eachothers instruments. I played mostly with the younger crowd, Robert Novacelic,John Weiland, Greg Hogansen,Aaron Burckhart,Bob McFadden, just to name a few. Even though I never jammed with Curt Cobain, we were from the same neighborhood, and I played with alot of the same people. Krist Novacelic's brother Robert and I were best friends. We both sawed shingles in the cedar mills for years.

Story behind the song
I used to work in Fairbanks Alaska for this kind of rich guy, named Gary Shikura. He was a pretty nice guy, and he set me up for the winter with a nice truck a cabin and a job. He was pretty uptight sometimes and when he got frustrated he would start complaining about everyone, and call them losers. I have a tendency to to take things personally and one day as he dropped me off from work he was in a mood and I got home to my recording set up and came up with song.. It is not just about him but about the way a lot of people come off.
Lyrics
I been through some hard times Theres been things in my way I don't care what the world thinks It's all up to me just the same Some would say I'm a loser Theres a lot they don't see In this world I'm a choser So don't be afraid of me I don't want to confuse you Or invite you to my misery I don't intend to frustrate you So why is the loser what you see There's some who question who I am The answer is more than you see But if you could walk in my shoes maybe you would see I don't want to confuse you Or invite you to my misery I don't intend to frustrate you So why is the loser what you see (repeat)
