Amateur composer, hobbyist
If I had to pick five pieces to best represent my work, I'd say "Now Leaving: Paragon City", "Bres Mac Elathan", "Fleeing the Compound", "The Battle of Moytura", and "If Only". I've never studied music. Not formally, at least. Everything I've learned comes from years of practice, trial-and-error, and inspiration from professional composers. I'm not looking into music as a career, nor is it my "life's passion" or anything. It's really just a hobby. I enjoy doing it, and I'm proud of what I've accomplished.

Story behind the song
The ancient fairy-folk , the Tuatha De Danaan, are victorious in a long battle with their foes, the Fomorians, but the fairy king Nuada Silverhand is mortally wounded. The half-fairy, half-Fomorian Bres Mac Elathan is proclaimed king in an effort to unite the kingdom, but he reveals his cruel nature and is overthrown. With the aid of Fomorian king Balor of the Evil Eye, Bres wages war on the Tuatha De. In the Second Battle of Moytura, Bres is defeated by the fairy champion Lugh and banished on pain of death.
