Blues. Used to busk. Thankyou for looking March 2021. Love/art/blues/Rob. So, musical diary
Pardon? How can I interview me? Some streets are better than others? Some highways are brighter than others. Time of day, find a state of mind, imagination, TV, 1920s. I write about love, lost or found, hopefully honestly inspired by love, and try to play better for that. When younger protested about behaviours on my radar, and of course, being a simple artist, surfing the great times I imagine I had in another life, or maybe one day this one!

Story behind the song
My hobo is fighting a huge mouth off bully coward pretend James Bond and his goodie two shoe offsides who use tone, fame and persistence to lie. Not to his face of course, in fact, none of them ever got around to introducing themselves. Hobo runs blues as interference whenever he can. The bullies claim they bother. Perhaps they do. ( "Another song big boy woman man?" ) Around here that's called unAustralian, even in 1927. Not sure what that is in the USA. Sniper? Dump trucker? Hatred refuses to leave it alone, not love. My hobo does what he can. No one else is standing up to them and he can't actually see or talk to them (always just out of sight talking their evil heads off). In the story they didn't stop talking about the same man for five and ten years. Hot meals for bastard lying strangers. Crimminals dressed up as victims, pretending authority (big in WA?) and threatening (good old Ticho! Good old days!!). Nothing like having John Cleese, Paul Hogan and the Queen all rolled into one, with Stephen Hawking's friend and Big Bill for backup, and a badge so you can call the hobo a crimminal and spy on whenever.. Never met them. Never called. Probably lied they did, and faked phone calls. Or my mother. Heard a rumour they weaseled their way into something to do with my brother. Like I said. Evil bastards who want me gone. Likely claiming a relationship from all the backstabbing. Brilliant!! Everyone fall for it!!
