First they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they pepper spray you.
folk political satire

Songs to afflict those who make everyone else uncomfortable.
Dave Lippman travels the world taking the air out of the windbags of the week, de-distorting history, and rewriting the classics with parody and thrust. He also presents the world's only known singing CEO, the Bard of the Bankers, Wild Bill Bailout, who employs anti-folk songs and interventionary anthems to explain (and enforce) that the business of America is none of your business, that those too big to fail are also too big for jail, and that the jobless and foreclosed must bail out their own boats.

Story behind the song
Sgt. Pepper Spray was the Davis, California police Captain John Pike, but I demoted him.
Lyrics
It was twenty years ago today Sgt. Pepper taught the man to spray It’s really never out of style When used against the rank and file So may I introduce to you The act you've known for all these years Sgt. Pepper Spray and Heads Clubbed Band We're Sgt. Pepper Spray and Heads Clubbed Band We hope our torture doesn't show Sgt. Pepper Spray and Heads Clubbed Band Protect and serve the status quo We're Sgt. Pepper Spray and We're Sgt. Pepper Spray and Sgt. Pepper Spray and Heads Clubbed Band It's wonderful to club you It's certainly a thrill You're such a peaceful group of kids We love to spray your face and throat We love to break your ribs I don't really want to stop the show But I thought you might like to know That the people want to occupy Without pepper spry in their eye So let me introduce to you The one that everybody fears Sgt. Pepper Spray and Heads Clubbed Band So take the toys away from the boys Cause don’t you know a gun is no fun Society snubs billy clubs Don’t call it a baton, come on Take the spray away Don’t teargas for the ruling class Sgt. Pepper Spray and Heads Clubbed Band
