Just me. Just songs.
I was born with an undiagnosable brain dysfunction, having seizures, and with blue skin dur to oxygen deprivation. I would spend much of my youth on strong, mind-altering medication, I would ultimately end up being declared fully disabled on psychiatric grounds, and I've had to be committed to five different psychiatric facilities in three different states. These days, the primary thrust of my overall creative efforts is the advocacy work that I seek to do for the mentally ill and the mentally disabled. These are my songs.

Story behind the song
We had A LOT of fun pulling this piece off…and given the news that we’re hearing every day through the mainstream media, talk about a timely song! I initially wrote this lyric on July the 5th of 2009…and needless to say, I was very pleased when my good friend and frequent creative partner Robert Baitinger (Germany) picked it up and started playing with it. Robert swears he lives in Germany…but more and more, I’m staring to think that he has a secret cabin up here on the mountain where he hides out and shows his true roots…and his work on this song kind of confirms that suspicion lol Then enters vocalist Vince Denimarck! I met Vince Denimarck (Florida, USA) when his tour brought him into the Arkansas area that summer and he ended up staying at the state park lodge up here on top of the mountain. He heard about me, I heard about him, one thing lead to another, and he and I ended up eating breakfast together in the lodge’s restaurant one morning…which turned into a two-hour conversation on life in general and projects that we’d like to explore together. Robert did such a good job with The Redneck Country Party that my mind eventually turned toward my new friend, Vince Denimarck, as a possible vocalist for the song. I brought the two together, things worked out well, and a new production team was formed. And We hope that you enjoy getting to listen to the song as much as enjoyed getting to work on it together.
