I've been making music in one form or another for more than 50 years. Former member of folk duo "Merlynn" (1977-1981) formed by myself and college roommate John Oglesby. Also a 20-year veteran of former popular folk group "The Lite Side" (1990-2010) with Mary Beaman, Keith Bailey and formerly Mary Dahl. We had the good fortune during those years to open for "The Kingston Trio" at the Carlisle Theatre, and also appeared several times at The White House. Sang through the 80's with my sister, Liz, first as "Merlyn & Morgana" and later with a lap steel player and bassist as "Dragon Country".

Lyrics
In Dublin's fair city, Where the girls are so pretty, I first set my eyes on sweet Molly Malone, As she wheeled her wheel-barrow, Through streets broad and narrow, Crying, "Cockles and mussels, alive, alive, oh!" "Alive, alive, oh, Alive, alive, oh", Crying "Cockles and mussels, alive, alive, oh". She was a fishmonger, But sure 'twas no wonder, For so were her father and mother before, And they each wheeled their barrow, Through streets broad and narrow, Crying, "Cockles and mussels, alive, alive, oh!" (chorus) She died of a fever, And no one could save her, And that was the end of sweet Molly Malone. Now her ghost wheels her barrow, Through streets broad and narrow, Crying, "Cockles and mussels, alive, alive, oh!" (chorus)
