Without the Grace God freely gives us as Christians, we'd all be doomed.

I'm a fifty nine year old musician. I play guitar, harmonica, and I sing.
My music, I hope, will not die when I die. I'm trying to create a legacy that my kids can listen to as well as other people should they want to. I'm getting pretty old, and my health is not good. But yeah. That about sums up my music thing. That looks more like an obituary. My brother Jimmy got me playing as a teenager, and he went to be with the Lord, as well as my brother Steve, but my love for music has not ceased. Not at all.

Story behind the song
Written in August, 2012, I re-recorded it a few times before I was satisfied with the recording.
Lyrics
It's only the grace / The grace in Your hands When you hold them up So I can stand It's only the grace / The grace in Your Word I finally heard, Finally heard. I finally heard. You once took me a broken up man, I didn't choose You,You chose me & Made me Ur own. Your new creature. The change has grown Into a cure You are my shepherd, You are my God. I've walked astray & You spent the time To bring me back / Back to the fold - I was in for riches / That would'a' been stole It's only the grace / The grace in your hands When You hold me up / So I can stand It's only the grace / The grace in Your words Finally heard, I finally heard I finally heard Your grace gushes on me like a thundering waterfall I stand here wondering why You would love me at all You want me for something. I am in awe 'Cause I see me so messed up, - but aren't we all ? I know I will fall, but I don't wanna go back To who I was, and have You find me again... But You will find me, put me back on the track I realize the Lord is my best friend It's only the grace / The grace in Your hands When you hold them up So I can stand It's only the grace / The grace in Your Word I finally heard, Finally heard. I finally heard.
