My band consist of me, myself and I. I record my music in a home studio using Audacity. I play guitar and a little keyboard and banjo. I would like to thank everyone who listens to my music, and a special thanks to my wife who lets me sit in this little studio for hours and be creative. I've been playing this guitar for 22 years, and now I can finally let everyone hear the music and ideas that run through my head every day. I love playing guitar.

I wanted to write something that sounded more rockish, and a little more up beat. The song is about being young or young at heart.
