This song was written in large part by junior, i just helped structure and add a couple riffs here and there. The lyrics are about the HAARP project in Alaska that the american government has had control of for some time now. speculation is that not only can the machine be used to move (and possibly create) weather systems (by firing a mass amount of radiowaves (via hundreds of satelite dishes) and heating up the ionosphere. But it can also be used for mind control, this song tells the story of such a thing actually being reality. the story is told from three perspectives, that of an oblivious employee who works at HAARP, a citizen living in the town nearby and the general overseeing the project who knows what the machine can really do.
